I have three children two boys and one girl and all of them are bleeding from their noses and my daughter is more than her brothers and she does not has a specific time to bleed .why should i do.

Patient shoud visit his otolaryngologist to diagnose the cause and possibly order some blood exams (cbc,pt,ptt,bt,ct) if he sees that it is needed,and then treat it by securing the nasal airway, controlling the allergy, and even local chemo or electro coagulation if needed !

You have to carry out a coagulogram (PT, PTT platelet) to see if there coagulation factors are normal. Certainly, a nose examination is mandatory.

It is quite normal for children to have nose bleeds especially in the hot summer season where the AC are used which dries the room air. Another common reason is habitual nose pickings during childhood which leads to multiple traumas to the sensitive nasal mucosa on the anterior part. Therefore it is necessary to be evaluated by an ENT specialist to assess the case carefully.

If the above been within normal range, your children need to be evaluated for vascular abnormalities such as Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia .
