I have swear paion my right side starting from the neck and ending on the head top neck area I swellen aswell what might be the cause . I have taken ciprofloxacin and rumatin but no resul in 2 days

Swollen lymph nodes in the neck and unilateral(one sided) pain in your head and neck ,point to a virus cause ,the virus infection will be in the area around the area of you neck that is swollen like a throat infection-tonsilitis or a problem in the tooth at that side ,gingivitis ,ear infection,a surgery in the jaw ,.. or a more serious virus(mononucleosis,CMV,HIV,...) any severe virus would make a response that let your lymph nodes enlarged .
IT is still too early to tell after only 2 days of treatment ,you must continue your course as prescribed by your doctor.
But the more important is to figure out the cause and thus treat it ,the doctor may ask for cortisone if needed too .
Check with your doctor for further tests and physical examination.
