I have pcos and my left ovary has a 3cm cyst but my gyno didn't want to remove it shouldn't be removed?

ovarian cyst <3 cm, especially if it is simple cyst , usually goes away without surgery
we basically repeat the ultrasound in 1 month , if it is increasing in size so we can discuss the possibility of surgery.
