I have pain in my knees and my legs and the soles of my foot. the pain is just aching. constant and nonspecific. and responds to panadol joint.. mostly at the end of the day.. what it is

Symptoms of varicose veins and spider veins include leg pain, fatigue, burning sensation, heaviness, pain at night, sometimes cramps. It has a hereditary factor and is exacerbated by long hours of standing up.
Initial management consists of moving around and alternating between sitting and standing, plus wearing special socks. At night, leg elevation and massage are helpful.
If the pain does not improve, you are advised to consult a vascular surgeon - usually a duplex ultrasound (this kind of ultrasound looks at the blood flow through the veins to detect the extent of the disease) and decide whether laser stripping (burning those veins with laser so that they close and blood runs through the healthy veins) is needed.

it looks like a neuropathy which is not severe also knee arthritis can give such pain and non articular rheumatism do the same
