I have on my body spot like a blood spot it was one and now there is alot of them esp on my chest what these spots and if they indicate smth plz tell me if i need to go to dr or not

It could be heat rash, or a viral infection, or actual point bleeding (due to decreased number of platelets, the structures in the circulation that resemble cells and function in blood clotting).
