I have lichen planopilaris , 4 years ago, but lately this winter i have flares of inflammation ,, burning feet, red cheeks and eyes , fatigue,muscle pain and hand joints who should consult?

Start by consulting a rhumatologist if these flares continue since there are different diseases that can cause this, the worst are rhumatic diseases so start by clearing them out. An internal medicine specialist can also be helpful to help in guiding you since sometimes this can occur following an infection.
