I have blood pressure problems, I’m taking Nebilet 5mg everyday. This is effecting my sexual performance and especially the reaction. I belive I can’t take Viagra, so what is the alternative?

The drug you are mentioning - Nebilet - is a selective beta-blocking agent, a newer generation beta-blocker.
This new class doesn't usually cause erectile dysfunction.
Therefore, other etiologies should be searched for in your condition.
