I have an eczema type rash on my elbow, i'm guessing its because i lean alot on my elbow when at work. What type of cremes should i get? (besides moisturizers)?

In case it's really from friction, try to pick moisturizers containing 30% urea because they can help more in softening and healing. If this doesn't help then an examination is advised to recognize the cause of the disease in order to specify the treatment.
