I have severe neck pain because of my seating position at work. How can I treat it? Any specific sport exercises?

Neck exercises are a common part of almost any treatment program for neck pain. A typical neck exercise program will consist of a combination of stretching and strengthening exercises, aerobic conditioning, and possibly trigger point exercises.
Stretch your neck and shoulders while working, this will not take any of your time and make it a part of your routine; this will decrease the pain and stiffness of the neck.
