I have a severe cough and I'm currently taking broncophane. my hands started trembling 2 days ago. is it from the syrup?

One of the ingredients in Bronchophane is ephedrine, which may cause tremors. You are advised to lower the frequency of the dosing (for example, twice per day instead of three times per day) and make sure you don't administer the syrup on an empty stomach.
