I have a headache, when i lean to any side i feel the side,as if each pulse of my heart makes a pain in my head, adding changing of temperature (fever) ranging from normal to 40 for 4 Days now.

Knowing that you have a fever, it means that there's an infection. The most frequent diagnosis that fits your symptoms is acute meningitis. Other infectious diseases must be taken in consideration though. You should consult your physician for further examination (clinical and lab).
