I have a 1cm diametre very dark brown mole where a dermato said it is benign but can b removed It is hurting maybe due 2 constant rubbing with clothes etc... Wht shld i do? I am afraid to do a biopsy

You should not be afraid from biopsy. You can remove it surgically and send it to pathology for examination to have a 100% accurate diagnosis.
