I had yesterday a strong headache at noon with nausea and my hands were a bit shaking. I couldn't find a reason for this. I ate in the morning and I'm sure I'm not food-poisoned in the day before.

These symptoms are very non-specific; they could have resulted from a drop in blood sugar, or a drop in blood pressure, or they are a manifestation of severe anemia, or even pregnancy (in case you are sexually active). Should this happen again, you are encouraged to seek medical attention.
