I had a rash that started between my thighs and spread to my butt. The doctor said it's a kind of bacteria very similar to lice. He gave me "Parasidose lotion", it burnt me and it didn't work.

Other possible causes of skin rash in those areas include:
-tinea corporis, a fungal infection that usually manifests as round reddish lesions with central clearing. They usually affect arms and legs more commonly than other parts of the body. Treatment is with anti dandruff shampoo.
-scabies (جرب): caused by mites. The most commonly affected areas are the parts of the body where there are folds, like the underarms, buttocks, inner thighs and groin area, and in between fingers and toes. It's a severely itchy rash. You see linear or S shaped burrows with a few mosquito like bites, a pathognomonic feature of scabies infection. Treatment consistsof permethrin (1st line and most effective), Ivermectin (also highly effective), and Lindane (notorious for having neurotoxic side effects). Washing all clothes and bedsheets in 60°C water and sealing all utensils used before treatment in plastic bags are essential measures to avoid recurrence and contagion.

If he gave you Parasidose, than he suspected pubic lice. This rash should be itchy, and you may see the lice. If you do not improve, than you should be checked. We have more and more resistant cases of lice.
