A toothache confined to one single tooth, that only appears when teeth come in contact with each others, is usually due to an abcess (not necessarily with pus) located deep inside the bone around the roots' extremities. Other causes are also possible. I advise you to consult a dentist as soon as possible, to establish the proper diagnosis and treat the problem, before it potentially worsens.

dental pain at a single tooth indicated a problem in the Periodontics(deep in the bones)and  especially if there is already a mobility of you tooth.you need to go to your dentist and he will make a tooth radio RX to establish a diagnosis and to treat the case before it worsens.
