I drink a little water,and recentIy, I felt a burning and itching sensation in the Vagina. But after, it didn't burn anymore but my Vagina got swollen and when I scratched it, some blood came out.

This is most likely due to vaginal candidiasis; Candida is a fungus that commonly infects the vaginal area. Symptoms consist of thick copious creamy-white cotton wool discharge accompanied by intense itching the severity of which may lead to injury and bleeding as this area is very friable. Treatment is with oral fluconazole and topical fluconazole vaginal cream.
If however you are sexually active, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), namely chlamydia and neisseria, particularly in the presence of greenish or greyish foul smelling vaginal discharge and pain upon moving the pelvis or sitting down or during sexual intercourse (dyspareunia), must be ruled out. If this applies to you, a vaginal swab culture should be performed to identify the causative bacteria and prescribe the correct antibiotics (doxycycline for chlamydia and ceftriaxone for neisseria).
