I can't hold my urine at all. When I need to urinate I have to do it really fast otherwise I might wet myself. I'm 26 years old.

There are many conditions that can cause this problem including most commonly a urinary infection (such as STDs) or a urinary stone.
Other conditions could also lead to such problem and are less frequent especially at your age such as bladder outlet obstruction, neurogenic conditions, tumors...
The treatment depends on the definitive diagnosis.
