We have to see if you are taking medicines for depression,for your prostate. Etc...and if you have been operated before in your pelvis.
Delayed orgasm and/or ejaculation may be the side effects of medications or side effects of surgery. If you are not taking medications or you don"t have history of surgery ,may be there is psychological issues
