I can see white spots in the back of my throat but i have no fever nor a headache, can this issue be solved without visiting a doctor?

it is better to be examined by a Doctor and to take culture from these white in order to rule out any bacterial infections which is unlikely given the clinical picture but i advise you to be seen by a physician

I m afraid not. in order to Have a proper diagnosis, you should get it checked if it doesn t go away with Standard Mouth rinses
