I can see some blood in the po*p when i go to toilet. Red Blood. and feel some pain. why is this?

the presence of blood in the stool is a sign of lacerated hemorroids o anal fissura which gives pain with blood also lesion of the rectum

I agrre with Dr Saab: hemooroid or anal fissure
avoid constipation and straining when you go to the bathroom.
