I am not taking dinner, does it a bad habit. Sometimes i don't even take breakfast. The reason is my BMI is 26 and i wan to reduce few kgs.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it gives "fuel" for your brain after a night of fasting. Dinner can be limited to a salad with some proteins (a can of tuna in water, boiled egg, chicken breast..).
