ooh ,i think you said that you are pregnant ,sorry
However ,leg weakness that is showing by shaking isn't unusual when you've been exercising aggressively or climbing stairs for the 6 or 7 th ground floor when you're suffering from a virus or bacterial infection or flu,any thing that reduce your immunity might contribute to the feeling of tiredness and weakness of muscles .
the possible simple causes may be ,poor diet ,high fat diet ,frequent junk food consumption ,poor dehydration (low intake of water and fluids ),poor intake of fruits and vegetables and meat and iron rich food that could lead to anemia ,poor sleep periods ,depression ,stress, humid hot weather ,....

other possible medical cause to think about in your age might be low blood pressure, or hypotension, can cause severe symptoms, leading to dizziness, fainting, and even negative impact on your brain and vital organs. Additionally, any movement you perform after being seated for a while may cause higher levels of dizziness. Exercise, such as climbing stairs, is generally attributed to raising blood pressure during the act of exercising yet causes it to lower when you are finished.
Stair climbing and other forms of exercise are shown to lower blood pressure if done 30 minutes or more most days of the week

hypothyroidism(lack of thyroid function disease) might contribute to almost being tired and fainted and you may have muscle weakness beside other symptoms
hyperthyroidism (excess thyroid function disease)might contribute to rapid heart disease and muscle spasms beside other symptoms

Diabetes , heart or lung problems may contribute to these

YOU MUST CHECK YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE AND HAVE BLOOD TESTS CBC feretine ,CRP ,thyroid function TSH,blood sugar testing as a beginning tests and then thorough out eaminations are held depending on the results

if you start to notice that your legs feel weak all the time whenever you climb stairs, then it may indicate a more serious underlying condition.
