I am allergic to wheat, everything that is brewed and mushrooms. If i eat any of these I get an irritating cough and my nose and throat itch. Is there any medication that would relief my allergy.

The effective treatment for any type of allergy is to get far from the allergen ,this is the main treatment to protect from serious symptoms and complications of an allergy and this is the long term treatment ,this is one point .
the other point in treatment is that if you for any reason take the allergen (in your case from wheat bread and mashrooms )accidently or taken in some food ingredients and you start complaining of the symptoms ,then treatment will be with antihistamines(aerius ,zyrtec,..) if the case is mild and tolerated if the case is serious or you feel more complications or swelling or breathlessness ,then the treatment will be urgent as an injection to relieve serious symptoms .
