I've been having diarrhea for 5 days now with no fever and no vomiting. Today, when I went to the bathroom, the urine color was orange reddish. Any idea what that could be? note: I have hypertension

This could indicate a urinary infection in association with the diarrhea (due to the same germ), or simply concentrated urine (due to dehydration especially if the diarrhea is severe and you are not getting adequate fluid replenishment). But because you have a pre-existing medical condition which is hypertension, I advise you to do urine analysis and culture to make sure there is no active urinary infection, and follow up with your treating physician.
