I am 27 years old i have a continuos pain in my legs and hands and shoulder ,i need to relax my muscles the treatment i had taken is ineffective (neaurotherapy) what shall i do,i work for 6 hrs daily

Have you had any investigations done to figure out the underlying cause of these diffuse bodily pains? Do you have any other illnesses (including psychological conditions like depressive symptoms) or are you otherwise healthy? The reason I am asking is to try to understand what might cause these diffuse pains in a young patient such as yourself.
