How to build muscles and get stronger in the fastest way ?

To build muscles in the fastest and safest way you have to do physical exercises : knowing that with cardiovascular exercise ( which works the big muscles of the body, for example the legs), at the begining you will be Losing muscles. So Resistance exercise, such as lifting bar bells or working-out on weight machines,will help you builds up muscles .
Second most important thing is diet :Your appetite will adjust to a gym habit. Your body is telling you it needs more calories, so you eat more, but it is important to increase your protein diet by 1.5 to 2 .
