How much per month I have to take vitamin C in order to prevent problems.? I am taking due to bad weather, to be energitic, and to prevent flu.

Taking vitamin C supplements will not boost your immune system and prevent you from contracting cold or flu if you get exposed to people who already carry the viruses or are actively sick, which is very likely since these viruses are currently highly circulating.
