if using detol in the last few days then you probably may have an allergic reaction eczema or contact dermatitis due to your recent use

Risk factors that make fungal infection more likely include antibiotics, corticosteroids, immunosuppression, diabetes, poor hygiene, using too many cleansing products.

Men with fungal infection or candidiasis may experience an itchy rash on the penis.
Other symptoms may include red skin, swelling, irritation and itching around the head of the penis, lumpy discharge under the foreskin or pain when urinating and during sex, might cause an painful itching sensation beside burning sensation ,dry scaly skin you might have also some burning sensation during urination

Oral or local antifungal treatments can be used for treatment
Good hygiene prevents and helps treat thrush since yeast infections thrive in moist, warm places

in bacterial infection ,you will have this dry scaly skin but you can find also some small painful bumps or pimples ,painful skin some pus odor smell or bad smell ,...
it is not easy to differentiate between the two or STDS by yourself ,even a doctor can rule out the diagnose after an examination and sometimes make certain tests to confirm a diagnose .

you can go to a doctor speaking english and explain your case it is to be examined .
at the mean time ,however if you can't go to a doctor ,there are certain creams that consist of combinations of steroid with antifungal and antibiotic so it will cover the three causes ,you can use it if no improvement you must be check by a doctor for more exact treatment to the cause and he may add oral medicine depending on the cause and symptoms .

Men are recommended to avoid unprotected sex with an infected female partner until the woman's infection has cleared up after treatment.
