usually all children feels jealous from newborn but by time this feeling becomes less not more
at age of 4-5 these feelings must have been regulated ,
BUT since it is increasing there must be a special attention to this in order not to become worse with time especially if you tried all the ways to decrease his jealous and doesn't change
