Hi.. my baby is 1 month old. since the 2nd week he has small pimples on his face. i was been told its normal from breastfeeding. but teyr not going away. should i b worried? tk u

If they r just small res dots and nothing else these are mostly erythema toxicum neonatorum and your pediatrician motly told you to leave it alonr and they will go alone no need to do anything.they will go alone
