Hi,my baby girl is 1 month & 20 days.she was born by c-section in the 1st week of the 9th month.she was born abt 2.475 kilo.now she is 3.400 is that good?mentioning that she is takin my milk only

Newborn child usually loose 10% percent of their weight during first week of life and then they start adding in weight around 20- 30 g per day, means they add around 700 to 800 g every month, so your child added 920 g so she is doing well and adding appropriately
