Hi. I've been having pain with my stomach region on both sides. My back also hurts too, stuffy nose, weakness when standing. Could this be pneumonia?

These may be prodromal symptoms of a common cold. Pneumonia causes cough, fever, and abdominal pain, but you do not necessarily have that. Moreover, pneumonia cannot be diagnosed without a proper examination of the chest and lungs, such that listening for any abnormalities in the breaths sounds hints for possible pneumonia.
