Hi im 3 month pregnant i saw brown blood since 4 days my dr gave me duphaston i saw today another brown spot should i be worried.i have been working alot these days

If you continue to see spotting, you should be resting (complete bed rest), that is, no working. Also contact your obstetrician to see if he/she would like to examine you or do an ultrasound. Meanwhile complete rest is advised.
