Most erectile dysfunction problems at your age are psychogenic. However, organic problems must be ruled out by doing some basic tests.
What you are describing might be the condition that we call "fear of failure".
You must not delay in treating your condition because this will create a progressively worsening vicious cycle (failure will lead to more fear, fear will lead to more failure).
So I encourage to see a physician to help you breaking this cycle.
