Hi,i feel my heart contracting as if it's being squeezed,which is painful, at the same time i feel a little pain in my left arm, this takes place for few sec,this happened at least 7x the past year

Therefore, a proper and thorough evaluation is required to elicit the right cause, including a detailed history (time of onset of pain, character/quality, radiation, frequency, severity, what improves/worsens it, does it occur at rest or with effort), a physical exam, plus/minus a heart tracing, are the minimum requirements to get to the right diagnosis and provide the correct management.
