the symptoms can go with a problem in the intestin/colon or stomach that may be paraistic or bacterial infestation, or can be indigestion, bad eating habits that cause gas formation or can even be related to stress ( irritable bowel disease). you can start by eating slowly, high fiber diet and having regular meals. If the condition continues to be bothering, check with your doctor who will run some tests and treat you accordingly.
