Hi i am 44 of age every six months I make check for my body but I have problem with my uric acid is very 640 and the Gout hit my foot i take two medical one to reduce pain and the other for the Gout

If you had already suffered an inflammation in your joint because of a high uric acid, you probably need to stay on the uric acid-lowering medication. As for the treatment of the inflammation, it is usually used for a short period of time.
