Hi i am 23 years old female i did a CBC test the rbc was 4.14 and the monocytes 1, everything else was normal, do i have to worry about that especially the monocytes, and thank you

you labs are normal for a female at your age. your RBC are on the limit and this is due to your menses. monocytes to be considered if high Not low.
