Hi Drs. our baby 6 months old fell from the bed about 40cm high. he cried but now seems ok. nothing unusual not sleeping no vomiting. should we take him to emergency or just monitor him. what signs?

You should monitor him for any abnormal signs including excessive sleepiness, vomiting (especially if projectile), lethargy, abnormal gaze, irritability or inconsolable crying, and poor feeding, or if the trauma area becomes very swollen.
