Hi dr dimassi is it possible that my continuos headache which is very painful from wearing lences ? I hv bad hisotry in muscle pain، also I hd physiotherapy sessions &pain killer nd nothing worked .

It's difficult to tell for sure what is the source of your headache, because inadequate eyesight correction and eye dryness associated with contact lenses' use may cause some headache, though neck and upper shoulder muscle tension precipitate a more prominent headache. Of course the only way to determine the cause(s) is that you get a checkup of your eyes, and have your physician assess your neck and shoulder muscles. There are cases that require more advanced interventions (along with physiotherapy) such as Botox injections which will relax those muscles and thus relieve the headaches.
