Hey, I complain from migraine. I take isoptin 80mg twice daily, but I still complain from severe headache. I take profinal and panadol but it doesn't work at all. I need a better analgesic.. any help?

is it migraine or cephlalgia because migraine comes by attack and not all the time migraine is improved by tryptans it is better to book an appointment
