I recently found out that I'm allergic to gloves and I'm treating the allergy using Elisone and Deline. Are there any faster treatments? And is putting ice helpful?

The mainstay of treatment is avoidance of the source of irritation, proper drying of the affected area after exposure to water (gentle patting each and every time you wash your hands, because water itself can irritate the skin) followed by moisturization with a thick cream (like Vaseline jelly, or Oilatum). If these do not produce an effect, steroids (like Elisone, the one you're using) should be applied. Mind you, these need some time before you notice improvement.
In case this cream does not produce visible effects within 2-4 weeks, more potent topical steroids should be used (like betamethasone) after consultation with your treating doctor.
