I am 18 weeks pregnant and lately, I've been seeing white secretions, is it normal?

Normal vaginal discharge during pregnancy is thin, white, milky and has a mild odor. It is known as leukorrhea. Leukorrhea is normal and nothing for you to worry about.
If the vaginal discharge is green or yellowish, foul smelling, and/or accompanied by redness or itching, you may have a vaginal infection. One of the most common vaginal infections during pregnancy is candidiasis, a yeast infection, and this is not sexually transmitted. This is easily treated. Another possible cause of abnormal discharge is an STD (sexually transmitted disease). Notify your obstetrician immediately if you are concerned about abnormal vaginal discharge.
Do not use tampons: they can easily introduce new germs into the vagina
Do not douche: this can disturb the normal acidity balance in the vaginal area and lead to a vaginal infection
Do not assume that if you have secretions then it's an infection and treat it yourself
Use panty liners if it makes you more comfortable.
