not sure i understand what you are really asking, but if you are a guy 39 yo with hypertension (high blood pressure) and have left sided chest pain this is to be taken seriously. you need to see a cardiologist as soon as possible to do an EKG (electrocardiogram) and blood test for cardiac enzymes and a chest x ray. if these are normal then you need a stress test.
as for the medication heberle? never heard of it. you might have misspelled it.
