Hello i have a small tumor under my shoulder in my back i can sense it with my hand and i cn move it up and down its been from almost a year can anybody give an answer what is it

The lump based on your description is most probably collection of fat under the skin. It needs removal only when it causes pain/sudden increase in size, otherwise can be left alone. If you are worried, kindly get examined.
