Hello, i had an accident thursday night, although i didnt hit my head, im still feelling dizzy!!what should i do??? i also felt dry mouth for two days after the accident!! thanks

get a brain CT to check for possible brain contusion . get checked...

you say YOU DO NOT HIT YOUR HEAD
then what part of your body is being hitted?have you bleed or no? if you bleed a lot after an accident then drowziness and dry mouth are common symptoms of shock or dehydration,if you do not bleed at that time then there might be internal bleeding inside that is causing dehydration in your body leading to low blood pressure tiredeness dry mouth,...depending what is the affected area ,then what to do ?if you haven't go to hospital till now and still complaining of these symptoms then you must go to the hospital to make the necessary investigations such as ultrasound or CT scan depending on your case and the site of bleeding (abdomen chest or brain )
