Hello doctors, my test results say I have a rubella infection( Abs IgG=36.8 UI/ml) and I'm 7 weeks pregnant. I'm worried, my appointment with the gynecologist is on Tuesday, what will happen now?

A positive rubella IgG level indicates a previous exposure to the virus (whether from the vaccine you have received during childhood or because of an old infection), so you're actually immune against it. A positive IgM level however is indicative of an active infection.
You have nothing to worry about.
