Have migraine. 3 years ago i took zinnasen for 6 months and i was so much better till 3 months ago. crises 3 to 4 times a week. ttc and cant have other treatment. urgent help to prevent migraine ?

You need to consult with both your neurologist following the migraine issue, and your obstetrician. In general, should your doctor deem a preventative treatment for migraine necessary, then propanolol or
amitriptyline taken at the lowest possible doses are the medicines of choice.
