Greetings, from time to time i have extra heart beats (which is felt like missing beats) i think it called PVC if am not wrong. These may last for months. Potassium Magnesium pills may help?

extra heart beats can be either Premature Ventricular Contraction or a premature Atrial Contraction. you need to do an electrocardiogram to check for either. in addition to blood test for electrolytes because electrolytes imbalance can cause them. in addition you should avoid caffeine containing products such as coffee, tea, chocolate, avoid stress and have a good night sleep and rest.
