Dizziness is a common presentation to many conditions; a blood pressure of 110/60 mm Hg is slightly below normal, especially the diastolic pressure (60), but still within the acceptable range.
An assessment of his heart, especially if he has a heart condition and is maintained on medications for high blood pressure, is in order.
Dizziness can also signal a neurologic problem or an internal ear problem.
Identifying the exact cause cannot be achieved without direct evaluation by a physician.
